Refund and Returns Policy

At Break Outwards, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We will make every effort to rectify any issues you may have. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.


Full refunds for retreats will be issued if the cancellation is within 15 days of booking your spot. After 15 days, we can only offer a 50% refund on the total cost.

No refunds will be provided if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the start of the retreat. We make significant advance payments for accommodations and deposits that cannot be recovered within this timeframe.

Physical Products

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we can only refund 10% of your order due to printing and material costs that we will have used.

Other Products and Services

For all other products and services, we will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can determine the best resolution.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer for all returns and exchanges.
